Facing a shortened review window and high expectations after the company’s acqusiiton, I expedited the reviews process with an emphasis on duration for our Director of Special Projects. The result was FailArmy’s biggest video to date, breaking every internal revenue record.

100+ million views later, our Best of ‘21 is one of the most-watched videos on a legacy YouTube channel of 16+ million subscribers, with an average watch time that made our YouTube reps blush.

To meet the dwindling attention spans of a Tik-Tok’d audience, we nearly doubled the clip-count for Best Of 2022 while maintaining feature-length. The extended runtime performance held up, with similar viewership projections one year later and an even higher average watch time.
